Apply a thin layer directly onto skin in areas that have been overexposed to sunlight. Massage gently into skin in an upward, circular motion until absorbed. Reapply as required. Note: When using product for the first time, remove white lid/cap, pierce a small hole in the foil seal and then replace white lid/cap.
