We promise to exchange or issue you a refund for any item/s that you are not completely happy with. If you are dissatisfied with any merchandise for any reason, simply return the product within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what the issue is and we’ll be happy to assist. Unauthorized or hand delivered returns will not be accepted.

Once payment has been received, we process and ship your order as soon as possible. In general, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. All shipping timeframes are an estimate only and we are unable to guarantee delivery or shipment dates. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by you when your order is placed.
Your order will be processed and shipped from one of our three warehouse facilities; located in Sydney Australia, Auckland New Zealand, and Tampa, Florida. On the rare occasion the warehouse closest to your location is out of stock of the products ordered, we will ship your order from the next closest location.
You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after the order is placed. If you don’t receive this email confirmation, please double check any spam folders.
Please carefully check all shipping details listed are correct prior to completing your order. Once your order has left our warehouse we are unable to make any changes to this.
We cannot guarantee delivery times. Targeted delivery times (once your order has been shipped) are as follows:
Orders for all countries (excluding Australia, New Zealand and USA – when sent from within US) are sent via International Air Satchel Tracked (which has limited tracking).
Currency, Taxes and Duty: Note that all product prices and payments made on this site are either in Australian Dollars, US Dollars, or New Zealand Dollars, based on the purchase currency you have selected. All prices include GST, and other taxes and duty where relevant.
When shipping internationally please be aware that customs and duties taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. COCOOIL is not responsible for these fees and cannot determine how much they will be. These taxes are determined by the destination country and are NOT included in your shipping costs. All duties and taxes must be paid at the time of delivery.
COCOOIL are not liable or responsible for missing parcels due to an incorrectly entered postal address.
We are not liable for missing parcels if you do not pick your package up from your local post office after delivery has been attempted & if we receive your shipment once there is a return to sender you will incur the cost of a new full delivery charge.
