By providing COCOOIL with your email address during your order, we will send you a single follow up email 15 days after your order is completed to ask for feedback. You are not required to provide any feedback or review(s) on your order, and may opt out of these emails from Customer Reveiws (custrev.com) by simply clicking ‘unsubscribe’ located at the bottom of the email. We only send this once after your order.

 

COCOOIL also gives you the oppotunity to save your personal details with us during the checkout process with us to save your name, order information, email, and shipping information with us, as this can be useful for re-orders. By opting in to save your information, you consent to us to securely store this for next time. (Don’t worry, we do not have access to your financial information).

 

You may contact COCOOIL at any time to request to see, update, or remove any details we hold.
